Paul Bedford (?–c. 4 April 1796) was a Barbadian merchant and a member of the American Philosophical Society via his 1768 election to the American Society. Little is known about his life and his connections to the American Society. He owned lands in St. Michael parish in Barbados and sold a variety of goods. In 1768 Nova Scotia governor Lord William Campbell granted Bedford 5,000 acres near Halifax. He died in 1796. (PI)
