Editions Note:

Published between 1773 and 1777, with two editions of the 1773 installment, The universal almanack was a continuation of the Universal American almanack, published between 1759 and 1771. No catalog records note contributions by Rittenhouse to the first series, but the first several installments of the second series explicitly credit him with the astronomical calculations.

Holding Note:

APS has one copy of the 1777 installment.
